EXCHANGES
FREE EXCHANGES*
If you want to exchange for another size or a new product, we will provide you a free return label that you can print out and send back the product you want to exchange.
Once we have received your return we will immediately send you the new size or product you want to exchange to. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. If the size or product is unavailable, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item which you may use to purchase a new product.
TIME LIMIT FOR FREE EXCHANGES:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us for a free exchange. Please note that exchanges do not apply to sale items.
Once you’ve notified us of your decision to exchange the goods, you must send them back within 7 days from the date of your notification. If the package is not returned to us within 14 days, the exchange or store credit will not be processed.
Please note that the 7-day return period applies to all products, except for those that fall under specific exceptions such as sale items, custom-made products or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened.
EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS*

To get the free return label, you need to contact us at vocekimonos@gmail.com and tell us your order number and what product you want to exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds
All items* returned within 7 days of receipt will be fully refunded.
IMPORTANT:

RETURN SALE ITEMS*

REFUND PROCESSING AND RETURN GUIDELINES
Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our warehouse. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items, depending on your bank.
We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Return Policy:
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for sending it back to us.
Please contact us for any assistance with returns or exchanges, and we will do our best to ensure a smooth process for you. We want to ensure your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer service possible.
Return Deadline
After sending the withdrawal notice to us, the customer must ship the return within the following 14 days.
The customer is responsible for keeping valid proof of shipment, such as a tracking number. Returns sent without proof of shipment, or sent after this 14 day return window, will not be accepted. In such cases, only the product price will be refunded, and any paid return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please ensure that you clearly mark the shipment as a return on any customs forms or documents to avoid any additional charges upon arrival in Sweden.
No return
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on groin guards, mouthguards, ankle guards, and other hygienic products, even if they are new.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not accept exchange or return on custom-made designed products.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/Defective Goods
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for an order replacement of a new product. Notification past the 3-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Reclamation
We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Faulty/Incorrect Goods
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 7 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bare the cost of shipping if you receive the wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.
Return Instructions:
We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
